Legal Product Enablement Specialist

Position Summary

Do you want to use your legal degree to help build great products rather than practice law? Safari Technologies, Inc., d/b/a Safari SOP is seeking a Product Enablement Specialist for our Product Management team. In this role, you will document specifications for future enhancements and produce the educational content—including help articles and videos—that empowers customers to use our system with confidence. You will serve as a central product authority, translating legal workflows into technical clarity for both our users and our internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Specifications
  • Assist the Head of Product Management in documenting, maintaining, and updating feature specifications, ensuring clarity and completeness for our Engineering and Customer Success teams.
Help Site, Content, and Video Resources
  • Translate dense technical or legal concepts into user-friendly, "plain English" help site content. Your goal is to make complex compliance workflows feel simple.
  • Produce short, engaging user training videos that explain features and workflows visually.
  • Draft internal product documentation, release notes, and user guides to support team alignment.
  • Gather feedback from internal stakeholders and customers to continually refine and improve resource content.
Cross-Functional Support
  • Maintain the product demo environment to ensure it is always ready for Sales and Customer Success presentations.
Requirements
  • Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
  • Experience: 1+ years of legal practice, preferably with exposure to litigation or debt collection workflows (e.g., service of process, subpoenas, levies, garnishments).
  • Current Status: Must be currently employed at a law firm or in-house legal department and must be authorized to work in the United States.
